This is a less precise way to make slice & bake cookies. It doesn’t yield perfect results, but the cookies are still cute and recognizable. I love the original animated film How The Grinch Stole Christmas, so these are modeled off of that version. Enjoy!
Almond-Sugar Cookies:
4 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. almond flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. almond flavor
2 1/4 tsp. vanilla flavor
3 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. butter
