All Purpose Flour (Maida): 1/2 Cup
Powdered Jaggery: 1/2 Cup
Oil: 1/2 Cup
Baking Powder: 1 Tsp
Ginger Powder: 1 Tsp
Vanilla Essence: 1/4 Tsp
1. Today lets check out how to make ginger cookies.
2. To a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup of powdered jaggery and 1/2 cup of oil. Mix it well.
3. To this add 1/2 cup of all purpose flour or maida, 1 tsp of baking powder, 1 tsp of ginger powder and 1/4 tsp of vanilla essence. Mix all the ingredients well and make sure they are well spread.
4. Pull out a small portion and make a smooth ball out of it. Then press it a little and make cookies shapes. Like wise make all the cookies and place in a baking tray.
5. Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius and bake for 10 minutes.
6. Then allow the cookies to cool completely.
7. Then you can enjoy the delicious cookies right away with your family and friends. You can also store it in an air tight container and enjoy for 10 days time.
