Ingredients:

Peppermint Chocolate Cookies:

• 1/2 cup Soft Butter
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 2 tbsp Water
• 1 tsp Oil
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
• 1 tsp Peppermint Essence
• 1 cup Maida
• 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/4 cup White Chocolate Chips
• 3/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Choco Chip Cookies:

• 1/2 cup Butter
• 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp Caster Sugar
• 3 tbsp Condensed Milk
• 1/4 cup Milk
• 1/3 cup Yogurt
• 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
• 1/2 cup Flour
• 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
• 1 cup Chocolate Chips
• 1/2 cup Strawberries

Method

Peppermint Chocolate Cookies

1. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius.
2. Take a large bowl, add a cup of maida, baking soda and Whisk it well.
3. To make egg substitute, in a small cup, add a little water, baking powder and mix it well with a spoon.
4. Pour in the oil and Mix it well again.
5. Now in a large bowl, add a small cup of butter and whisk it well.
6. Add brown sugar, sugar and Whisk it well again.
7. Pour in the egg substitute, vanilla essence, mint essence and Mix it well.
8. Add the dry ingredients now in this bowl and give it a whisk again.
9. Now add the rest of the dry ingredients, whisk it again, add cocoa powder and Mix it well together.
10. Add the dark chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and Mix it well.
11. Make roundels from the cookie batter and Place them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
12. Bake for about 7-8 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
13. Top the cookies with silver balls and it’s Ready to Eat !

Choco Chip Cookies

1. Preheat the oven at 175 degree Celsius.
2. Take a bowl, add a cup of maida, baking soda and Whisk it well.
3. To make egg substitute, in a small cup, add a little water, baking powder and mix it well with a spoon.
4. Pour in the oil and Mix it well again.
5. Now in a large bowl, add a small cup of butter and whisk it with a beater.
6. Add brown sugar, castor sugar and Whisk it well again.
7. Pour in the egg substitute, vanilla essence and Mix it well.
8. Add the dry ingredients now in this bowl and give it a whisk again.
9. Now add the rest of the dry ingredients, whisk it again and then add dark chocolate chips. Mix it well with a spatula.
10. Make roundels from the cookie batter and Place them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
11. Bake for about 10-12 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.
12. Ready to Serve and Eat!
