Eggless Coffee Almond Cookies Recipe Bake Direct In Frying Pan ❤️❤️

No Of Cookies : 12

Ingredients & Process :

Non-stick Pan
Oil/Butter 1 Tsp
Grease Well
Set Butter Paper

Room Temperature Butter 2 Tbsp( 25 gm )
Beat Well
Powdered Sugar 1/4 Cup (50 gm)
Beat Well
Malai(Fresh Cream) 2 Tsp(10 ml)
Beat Well ( White Creamy Texture)

Flour(Maida) 1/2 Cup(75 gm)
Almond/Any Nut Powder 2 Tbsp ( 10 gm)
Instant Coffee Powder 1 Tbsp ( 10 gm)
Pinch Of Salt
Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp
Pinch Of Baking Soda
Mix Well

Add in batches & Make Dough
If required then add 1-2 Tsp Water/Milk
Cover & Keep In Refrigerator For 15 Minutes

Almond Flakes 2 Tsp
Make Balls
Crushed Almond/Almond Flakes

Keep Space Between Cookies

Preheat A Tawa For 5 Mins On Low Flame
Bake For 15 Minutes On Low Flame
*Bake In a preheated Oven For 12-15 Minutes at 180C

Baked, Now Cool Down It Completely
Keep In Airtight container for 10-15 days
