amt am i tasting up my best animationhave you been searching for the absoluteperfect chewy mind-blowing vegan cookieswell I have an amazing recipe for you Ihave been recipe testing this for fivemonths and I think I finally landed onthe perfect huhchewy huh vegan chocolate chip cookie Iprobably use it as an excuse to make toomany cookies but what are you gonna doif you’re ready to make these perfectvegan chocolate chip cookies and let’shang out for a minute and make somecookies together all right so let’sstart with 1/2 a cup of soft margarineand I’ve used honestly just like CountryCrock or Smart Balance or Earth Balancethose are all really good to use justread the ingredients make sure thatthey’re vegan and make sure that wateris not one of the first two ingredientsin it because the water will make thesespread a little bit too much and thenyou want to add a cup of packed lightbrown sugar and then you want to creamthese two together just cutting themargarine with the sugar crystals andjust infusing each molecule of that fatwith that sugar oh it’s gonna make yourcookies amazing so I really like to usejust light brown sugar in cookiesbecause they add a nice chewiness and areally really nice depth of flavor sokeep mixing this until they start tocream together it may take maybe thirtySeconds to a minuteyou can also do this by hand if youdon’t have a mixer and then you want toadd one teaspoon of vanilla sometimes Iadd 2 teaspoons when I’m feelinI see and then you want to add threetablespoons of plant milk feel free toadd one or two extra tablespoons ofplant milk if you live in a differentclimate and your batter is turning outto be a little bit dry so start withthree tablespoons and then add one ortwo more as needed and then you justwant to cream all of this together andthen I just learned that this is the waythat you’re supposed to measure outflour and baked goods it makes it a moreaccurate cup of flour and so you want tospoon it into your measuring cup andthen level it out with the back of aknife and then you add a one teaspoon ofbaking powder a half a teaspoon ofbaking soda and 1/8 of a teaspoon ofsalt and just stir that so it mixesreally well together and then I just addabout half of the flour mixture to thewet ingredients at a time and just mixit up until it’s just lightly mix makesure you don’t over mix the batterbecause it’ll make the cookies a littlebit more tough and then I just mix ituntil it’s just like barely thebeginnings of being mixed togetherbecause once you add the chocolate chipsyou can stir this all together and thenit’ll mix even more and you canincorporate just a little bit of flourthat may have not gotten incorporated soI like to add about a cup of chocolatechipsso you can bake these cookies right awaybut if you want to take your cookies tothe next level you’re gonna want to putthese in the fridge covered with like aplate or a lid for at least 30 minutesthis helps to rehydrate the flour andjust and it’ll make your cookies a lotmore tasty and a little more chewy nowif you really want to up the level youcan set them in the fridge for at least12 hours and then bake them the next daybut honestly 30 minutes will do thetrick you’re trying to steal my cookiesyou hovering over there wait until I’mdone recording so you can evoke of youdefinitely aren’t you and then you wantto bake these at 350 degrees for about11 to maybe even 17 minutes depending onyour oven I usually love to under bakethem and then let them sit on the trayafter I take them out of the oven forabout two minutes and then I set them onthe cooling rack when you under bakethem latelyit makes the cookies a lot more chewybut if you want crispy cookies then justcook them a little longer but I like togenerally cook these around 11 minutesbut it honestly depends on like yourelevation and your oven so just keep aneye out as soon as the edges start toget just a little Brown then they’reready probably done oh you can finallyeat a cookie you guys espresso perfectcookie all right so go make thesecookies tree height up on people cuzthey’ll eat them allno no you need to go my cookie okay Iguess you I guess you can have some Iguess I can share[Music]
