[Music]hey everyone my name is Sarah andwelcome back to my channel welcome to mychannel if you are new here I’m kind ofawkwardly standing I’m kind of yeah cometo talk and some sort of laying down umso I don’t go out the front bone today’svideo I’m going to be making agingerbread men so it is December 3rdand in the Christmas spiritI’m making something very Christmassyand the best part stays video is I havean apronI’m so happy a friendly apron as you mayhave seen in my last video which is thefull video I am showed you that I gotthis recently and I’m gonna wear ittoday so tracks construct I think that’sa very good fashion choice but your noteand I’m dirty clothes from all three sotrying to take about half an hour to putsome properly and then we’ll jumpstraight into the video okay sirfinally covered on and it is really nicewith just mental but it will just myklutz so today gingerbread men so I’mjust going to adjust the angle and thenSakhalin so it’s gonna be good and don’tforget to like so we’ll beusing half a cup of brown sugar and then125 grams of butter so I’ll just cutthis in half that’s 125 grams and thenadding it into a mixing bowl and thenusing my son being Little Mix – crazyand next up is to add half a cup ofbrown sugar and then cream these twotogether I’m gonna move over to theother side where the power point is anddo thatso and that is what it looks like whenthey’ve been made together back overhere so we’ve done that the next step isto add the golden syrup and egg yolk ina bowl so I was going to move that tothe side and get above the eggs so itsays I just need an anchor it so I’mgonna see if I can separate the whitefrom the yolk[Music]so just separate those two and thenadding the yoke to this bowl here so tothe egg yolk I’m going to be adding halfa cup of golden syrup[Music]so after that I’m going to add this tothe butter ink sugar mixture and thenbeat it again and as always it’s lookingvery attractiveokay so I’ve just beated that togetherand it is looking a much more attractivethan it did before so the next step isto add two and a half cups of plainflour and it just just sort of goeseverywhereI always make such a mess when I’mcooking that’s going to add in ateaspoon[Music]and then a tablespoon of brown ginger[Music]I forgot about Taylor Spooner going atthat either make it nice and gingeryand then the final ingredient is bakingpowder now she says bicarb soda but Idid a bike up I have baking powder sowhat I’m gonna do is add this in somewater and mix it upto activate baking powder so it says oneteaspoon of bicarb so I use the samespoon as I used for the cotton syrups Ithought it’s a weed color but you cansee it’s activated and it just starts toframe up so add that to our mixture hereand then I’m just says to start outthrough so that’s everything and so I’lljust give this a big stir and create thethe batter and then I’ll fly off thebench and roll this out and stopped I’mcutting out some gingerbread men okay soI’ve cleaned up now and my back and I’vegot my alright so that’s all done soit’s now cookie very better on HIPAA butroll it out whatever bone cancer thismight be a bit interesting[Music][Applause][Music][Applause][Music][Applause]okay so I’ve got that rolled out nowjust use my hands to do it so hopefullyit’ll still be okay I definitely wouldrecommend having a rolling pin thoughwhich would make that a lot easier somestunts site using the P cut out to cutout beach interprets this is sticking toEthernet so this isn’t really gonna workokay so I’m gonna roll it this is reallyreally gross now[Music]just so it stops ticking don’t want tostick to the bench like it is I think Ijust needed a bit more flour and it isthese quiet woman here so it’s sort ofjust melting everywhere okay that’sa little better nowI uh try this again my I’m just worthbit fasteryes I worked okay we have a slightlydeformed gingerbread man it is there soI’m gonna cut the try and just maybejust do one at a time if you just sortof like scoop it up with that and thenput it under to try it that way mm thatmight work better so the last stepbefore I put them in the oven is I’mgoing to add some sprinkles sugar[Music][Applause][Music]okay so the cookies are in harbin now soI’m just going to show you what a mess Ihave made this is the aftermath so itsort of just it’s it’s in a vanilla butI’ve somehow managed to get it on theedge and there’s just like and thenthere’s mess over here so I said aboutten minutes but it’s been intense Ithink they still need a little bit moreDonna make them burn by something to becook think they had couple more minutesbut they are looking pretty good I’mvery happy with the way the sprinklesbook on them and they do I feel too badso thankfully they will be okay see if Ican do this one-handed I have thisreally weird thing I’m not great withheat so like ovens or frying pans Ireally do not like the fact that we havea gas stove it really does scare me butlet’s see if we could do this that’sreally hot Haley okay here they aredon’t do bad ash I feel going to spreadmore so I’m glad that they didn’tbecause I have quite a few on the trail[Music]so I think what I’m going to do is justput the rest face up light and then justtake the ones I’m using for the photoabout these ones here I’m just going tograb out the so I’m just doing it hereby the windows of the door which Iusually shoot so this is the the actualsetup of the photo so it’s about myChristmas tree here so I thought becausethis is sort of festive I thought thegreen colored napkin would work and thenI’m just going to play my backgroundactually a cool coverand then I’ve got them just resting onthe wire rack here sort of powdered outwith the one that looks kind of like asmiley face on the top there so that’sthe end of the video I just want to saya huge thank you to everyone who watchedI really really appreciate it and I hopethat you enjoyed what you may make
