Welcome to my #southernfarmandkicthen
(remember I doubled today’s batch)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all of the ingredients in a stand mixer bowl and mix on med until combined.
Take tablespoon sized scoops of dough ( or double) and roll them into balls with your hands.
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet about 2″ apart.
Use the back of a fork in a cross pattern and press into the cookies to flatten them.
Bake for 9 to 10 minutes.
Allow to cool on pan for 5 to 6 minutes and then a wire rack before storing in an airtight container.
