If you want an easy and friendly cookie dough recipe that can be flavored with any fillings and add-ins you like. Then you should try this condensed milk cookies. Buttery, milky goodness that your kids will absolutely love. This cookie is inspired by one of my favorite Professional Pastry Chef Emma Fontanella.
Here are the ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 stick semi-cold butter
3/4 to 1 cup condensed milk
1 tbsp vanilla (optional)
nutella or mango jam
Bake at 160c or 320f for 15 minutes, baking time may vary slightly based on the oven being used.
NOTE:
COOKING IS ALL ABOUT YOUR TASTE. JUST ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.
