250g unsalted butter at room temperature
100g sifted icing sugar
1/8tsp salt
300g sifted all-purpose flour
2tsp vanilla extract
For decorating:
Seedless raspberry jam, apricot jam
Dark chocolate approximately 120g melted
White chocolate approximately 120g melted
Dolce de leche
Bake at 300F convection bake for 18-20 minutes
