Christmas Cookie Recipe
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3 large eggs
2 cups mixed red and green M and M’s
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups roughly chopped pretzel rods
2 cups white chocolate chips
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place rack in the middle of oven
2) Cream together all wet ingredient
3) mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl then slowly add to wet ingredients
4) once all blended add the oatmeal, pretzels, M&M’s, white chips
5) take dough and for bigger cookies take 1/3 c of dough and roll in a ball and bake for 18-20 mins for smaller cookies take 1.2 inch ball and cook for 9-11 mins when golden brown.
6) cool and enjoy!
