professionalbecause we’re not professional it’scalled the Twix there you goTwix cookie cups they’ve been floatingaround Facebook for the past couple daysthey just look fire yeah so we’re gonnago ahead and try try to make these todaywe have everything that we need andwe’re doing this from scratch so we’renot gonna cheat we don’t have any sugarcookies put up in the refrigerator andnothing like that we’re gonna make thisall from scratch and you guys get towitness this so pray for usglitter on the brain box at church putus in the prayer box that chargedalright so if you’re interested inseeing how our cookies come out thendefinitely stay tuned if you’reinterested in remaking something similarto this let’s call it the Twix cookiechallenge or somethingaunt Agatha knit let us know but if yourintimacy how it comes up and definitelystay for the ingredients we need a halfcup of butter but I think we’re gonnause this whole damn thing because buttermakes everything so fire yeah we’regonna talk about that and then we got ahalf cup of sugar some vanilla extractand why have a cup and a half of flour atablespoon of baking soda or a teaspoonyou know I can wash it next up like leftand right whatever whatever would happenand then we got some caramel atablespoon of milk which is up in thefridge and then we got the kroger milkchocolate bacon chips cuz you know weain’t got money like that yes but it’salright we gonna talk about that oh yeahof coursegot our little measurements so thetablespoon and the teaspoon and we ofcoursewell a brand-new rolling pin just Ksomebody get crazy but I forgot a cookiecutter so we’re gonna use one of Noah’sbottle stoppers alright so what we’regonna do in the meantime while thisvideo is running is we’re gonna go aheadand preheat the oven to 350 degrees thatway when we’re preparing this stuff theoven will be ready to go let’s do italright guys so the instructions areright here I just want to make sure I’mreading and following the directions soit says cream together the butter andthe sugar no actually we’re going tohave to probably melt some of thisbutter really quick to add it into therecipe alright so I’m just gonna followthe directionsit calls for a half of cup of butterwhich is pretty much the whole stick Irealized I’m so we’re just gonna pourthis in there and it says mix it withthe sugar go ahead and start whiskingnow keep in mind we haven’t hit thisbefore so don’t come for us alright justdon’t do it[Applause]and on and get that sugar in there justI use she did it like solve a so thenext step after creaming it together isadding the egg whites and the vanilla sobabe if you don’t mind the egg whites Igot it’s coming right upgo ahead and dump that in there intowhat and we’ve one teaspoon of vanillaextractoh want to make sure it’s even Imean how big does it have to be does itsay it says 1/4 to 1/2 inch 1/4 to 1/2an inch so that might be good enoughhonestly this is gonna have to be goodenough and and don’t worry about gettingthe edges it’s the middle that you needto we need to cut out now as Jessicamentioned we don’t have a cookie cutterso we’re just gonna be a tab beingghetto and use a hopper to the bottle wesprayed this we sprayed the spatula downwith some with some oil that way thesedon’t stick but so far they look good sothe recipe calls for these to be bake at350 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes so we’regonna go ahead and set a timer for 6minutes and then check on them if theyneed more time then we’ll leave it outfor 2 more minutes so let’s go ahead andput these in the ovenand again the oven was already preheatedso we’re gonna set a timer for sixminutes all right so it’s time to checkon the cookies trying to check on thecookies to see if they look not glossyso I believe it was fluffy and notglossy and I smell very goodtwo of them are touching would you saythat’s not fluffy you don’t look glossyat all she would you like one more menuor you want to take them out I mean theyaren’t sugar cookies after all so heySiri set a timer for one minute allright so this is pretty much the endresult of baking the actual cookies soin the recipe it just says to let itcool completely and once we do that thenwe can go ahead and top them with thecaramel and the milk chocolate so we’regoing to let these cool we have anotherset baking now and I’ll show you guysonce we start to talk with cookies nowit’s time to clean up this messmmm so what we’re gonna do now to coolthe cookies a little bit faster is we’regoing to put them on a plate and therewe’re going to go ahead and put them inthe refrigerator so they can chill a lotfaster shall we put milk in here firstand then I think we should microwavethem first to get them melted and thenput them in well you have to worry aboutthem burning up without the milk so hereI’m gonna put a little bit of anothersplashing though I splash- splashes – splashes of milk give it alittle shake little razzle-dazzle 30seconds how do you think we did so farto be honest I don’t even know they lookgood they smell good so I’m assumingthey’re gonna be good but I don’t knowI’m never we’ve never did this before sowell we’re gonna try it out and see soit looks like they’re not milt well wellthen guess we got that looks like theare melted but this looks like the twosplashes of milk was a little bit toomuch oh it’s add one tablespoon of milkWow No use them muscles babe and seethat you see that you see that look youknow what that chocolate looks perfectyou see that okay so what we’re gonna dois we’re gonna go ahead and top thesewith caramel and then we’re gonna throwthem back in the refrigerator it’s acool now because the plate is small immajust transfer everything to one plateand then just coat from there so it saysthe cover the cookie completely so yeahit’s gonna be a little sticky this isgonna be mad seehonestly these are not gonna be perfectat allbut it’s all right so let’s go ahead anddo the rest so we’re back we left thecookies in the refrigerator for about 8minutes when you melt the caramel theyusually actually recommend that you coolit for 10 to 15 minutes but since we usethe pre-made Smuckers caramel then wedidn’t have to actually leave it forthat long so Brian is remix in thechocolates make sure it’s good and we’regonna go ahead and top the cookies withthe chocolate so you can kind of seethat the caramel gets messy actuallywith them being out of angles some ofthem ended up coming off of the cookiebut it is what it isso let’s just say that when it comes todecorating for Jessica I can’t decorateno but we have finished and it seemslike I think it’s because the type ofplate that it’s on we should have didthis on a strip on a flat surface yeahall the caramel and all the chocolate isjust rolling off the damn cooking buthere goes our first reaction to tastingthese cookies now of course I think theyneeds to be refrigerated a lot longerthan what we did so it’s all trial anderror so I’m gonna chop with him so I’mgonna get the one with the mostchocolate yeah this is pretty much likea little close-up I know you you how youjust don’t come from our cookie butthat’s my cookie look later I whateverso he cheers to our first cookies fromscratch yepit goes nothing[Music]okay I definitely taste like the twigsyeah tastes like a twist so we did thefirst half blues cookie right that’slike Barney these cookies are soft andin front of my heart they’re not bad butthese are definitely sugar I’m crying ohno these are some stellar sugar cookiesand we just put them negative beenbetter but hey for our first time forour first time they’re not bad but if Ipop these out of store I’ll be like whatthe what is this no that’s pretty muchit for this video if you guys enjoyed ithe’ll try to make this let us know howit
