Acchappam is a traditional south recipe, Can me prepared at home instantly using very few ingredients
Its a crispy crunchy snack goes very well with hot tea/coffee…Loved by all kids and adults and can be stored for 10 days.

Rice Flour – 300 grms
Coconut Milk – 300 ml
5 tbsp Sugar
pinch of salt
Onion Seed – 1 tsp
1 Egg
Cardomom Powder – 1tsp
Oil for cooking
You would need Acchappam mould to make these acchappam’s or rose cookies.
