사실 머랭은 흰자와 설탕만 있으면 만들 수 있는
아주 쉬운 디저트로 알려져 있기 때문에
영상 안에 따로 머랭 만드는 방법을 넣지 않았습니다.

This is Dessert Artist UASIS.
I make meringue and choux and conduct
baking classes in Korea and also in overseas.
I provide consultations for dessert cafe as well.
In this Youtube channel I’m going to share skills and techniques
about how to decorate desserts beautifully.
I have been posting videos like this one on my Instagram as well, all of which are less than 1 minute long. As I received many requests from followers that they would like to slowly watch each step separately, I opened my YouTube channel as requested.
In fact, as meringue is known as a dessert that is very easy to make with just egg white and sugar, I didn’t include how to make meringue in the video.
For those who haven’t made meringue before and so would like to learn about meringue in detail, I would kindly recommend to refer to my book, “Meringue Cookie”.
