For the crunch bars you need 24 ounces of chocolate chips, melted or like I did in the video use cocoa powder and hot water or milk, and 2 1/2 cups Rice Krispies. Add Rice Krispies to melted chocolate, pour in a 8×8 pan lined with parchment paper and chill for at least 3hours.
For the chocolate peanut butter oatmeal cookies you need: 2 cups sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, pinch of salt, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 3 cups oatmeal. In saucepan combine the first 4 ingredients, bring to a boil stirring constantly boil 1 minute, remove from heat, add rest of ingredients. Put teaspoons of dough on a parchment lined cookie sheet, they can go very close together because they don’t spread. Chill in fridge for at least 2hours or until firm.
For the peanut butter jelly cookies you need: 3 cups sugar, 3/4 cup milk, 3/4 cup butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 1/2 cups peanut butter, 4 1/2 cups oatmeal, jam of your choice. Remove from heat add vanilla and peanut butter, stir till smooth, stir in oats, put teaspoon full of dough on cookie sheet, let sit a couple minutes the make a small indent in the middle of cookie using the end of a wooden spoon or your baby finger, fill with jam, chill in fridge for a couple hours till set.
