In this video I have explained you a very simple method of making eggless cookies recipe by using only 3 ingredients ie butter, sugar & flour. Very easy to make these afternoon cookies. try it
Recipe
50gm Sugar
80gm butter
125gm maida
Method
1- start with creaming (mixing & beating ) of butter & sugar till you get light & fluppy mix.
2-fold in flour.
3- now take dough & roll into a log shape
4- put in fridge for 30 min.
5- take out from fridge & roll it in caster sugar ,
6- cut into round shape & arrange on baking tray .
7-bake at 180c for 15 to 20 min.
8- cool down & keep in air tight container.
