Weight Watchers Freestyle 2 smart point Apple Bread Cook with me

HI Welcome to my WW weight loss journey! Come join me and let’s lose weight and feel better.
Apple Bread makes 1 mini loaf for 2 smart points
1/4 cup of quick-cooking oats
1 egg
1/2 of the individual unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp of Lakinato Brown sugar substitute
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 of an apple chopped
combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased mini loaf pan that you sprayed with pam butter spray. I sprinkled 1 tsp of crushed hemp hearts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Place a toothpick to make sure it is cooked through.
