Vegan Sweet Snacks
Salted Caramel Bread Popcorn
Bread : 6-8 Slices
Vegan Butter : 25g
Sugar : 1 Cup
Water: 1/4 cup
Baking Powder: 1/4 Tsp
Coarse Salt/ Sea Salt : 1/2 Tsp
Slice bread into small cubes. In a pan, add bread cubes and toast on low flame until crispy.Set aside.
In a wok add sugar and water mix well and cook on low flame until sugar melts & stir continuously. Add baking powder and mix frequently for a minute or two until sugar caramalize and changes its color.Add salt and toasted bread cubes and coat well. In a baking tray spread butter paper add tansfer caramel bread popcorns. Let them cool completely. Tada crispy salted caramel popcorns are raedy to munch.
