Veg sandwich is a tasty and healthy snack prepared using lots of vegetables and very little spices.
You can give this to kids who don’t like to have vegetables with meals.

Here I am preparing Sandwich without using cheese which makes it healthier becuse of low fat content and also this is made without using sandwich maker (You may opt to use maker if it is a convenient method)
, so cooking is simpler.You may opt to
Instead of oven I am using a pan.

Ingredients for green chutney preparation:

Fresh coriander leaves – 1 bunch
Fresh mint leaves – about 1/2 of coriander leaves
Dry mango( amchur powder) or else you can use tamarind.
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 TSP
Salt as per taste
Water in very little amount to blend ingredients.
For filling:
Chopped tomatoes:1 big sized
Chopped onion:1 medium sized
Chopped capsicum:1/2 of medium sized
Chopped cucumber : 1/4 of 1 medium sized
Salt as per taste
Curd as required(it should not be sour)
Sev to sprinkle over filling.
For cooking sandwich:
Butter or ghee.
Servings:3-4 ( from above mentioned amount of ingredients)
