Sunday is for Baking “ Easy Banana Bread Recipe “


1 1⁄4 cups sugar
1⁄2 cup butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine, softened
2 eggs
1 1⁄2 cups mashed very ripe bananas (3-4 medium)
1⁄2 cup milk
1 Tablespoon of Sour Cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

In a large bowl, mix sugar and butter. Add eggs, bananas, Milk, sour cream and vanilla; mix until smooth.
Stir in flour, baking soda, salt just until moistened. Pour batter into pans.
Bake for one hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes to an hour before you slice it. Enjoy!! Godbless!!!!

[Music]hi everyone welcome to our place to liveOhio today is a Sunday and we are goingto church the weather is really reallycold it snowed yesterday not much just alittle bit but still the weather is socold[Music]hi guys I am back home and even thoughthe weather is really cold it’s stillreally nice and bright outside the Sunis out so it’s a beautiful day and todayI am just always you know I will hangout inside the house and clean a littlebit and make something or bake something[Music]alright guys let’s start our bananabread and while we are making the bananabread let’s have a little chat first ofall I would like to thank you forwatching this video and I’m hoping whateveryday you’re watching it can be aSunday a Monday or any day that you arewatching this video I hope that you arehaving a wonderful day so back in thePhilippines where I grew up I did not Idon’t remember making banana bread atall it’s it’s really one of those breadthat I did learn how to make when I camehere in America and I really reallyreally liked it so yes it is really abread that it’s kind of like um one ofthe bread now that I regularly bakeespecially during the winter time soanyway while we’re making this bread Ijust wanted to share the lessons at thechurch today which is the Book of Ruthand I think the main lessons in thatbook is when life throw us a lot ofproblems it’s easy for us to forget thelittle things or the blessings that wehave and that is because it’s our humannature so I just remind myself thatevery timeI’m encountering any problems I need tobe mindful and remember what blessings Ihave yeahthat’s all I think that I wanted to showyou guys but anyway let’s go back to thebanana bread so all the ingredients andthe recipes I will put it down below inthe description so yeah you can try thisrecipe it is really really easy you knowit’s not one of those complicated recipeand what I like about this recipe alsois that if you just double theingredients you would still have thesame result without you know having toworry that oh it may not be the same yesand by the way I just wanted to mentionalso that sometimes a baking can-canvaries depending on your on your ovenand also it says on the recipe that youknow the altitude can also affect whenyou are baking so yeah it’s kinda youknow it’s a it’s a trial and error Ilearned this recipe because I have beenbaking or have been making this so yeahevery time I bake it it’s I feel likethe time that I made is different soyeah just make sure you just keepchecking and keep keep an eye on itwhile you are baking it soyes um things like this is the best onthe winter timeI don’t bake a lot on summer time I justtried to use a our stove tough when Icook in the winter time because I meanon the summer time because when it’s toohot outside it’s just that them I don’treally like using our oven but and alsothis I’m showing you guys the size ofthe pan that I’m using but you can use asmaller a 2 loaf pan you know where youbake them meatloaf you can also use thatyeah and the batter is just try not toover mix it and also one thing that Iforgot that I’m when I made this one isthat when you are mixing your cinnamonnext time what I will do is I will mixit in my milk and make sure that it isalready melted before I mix it in thebatter because I think sometimes youknow I like I said do not overmix thebatter but then in the cinnamon powderneeds to be really melted okay and hereis the recipe at the back of the flourbag you can use it but I did you knowchanged a little bit or some of theingredients there anyway here we are weare going to bake it[Music][Music][Music][Music][Music]thank you guys again for watching and Ihope that your week will be full ofsurprises and more blessings to come by[Music]
