Bread Omelet
Ingredients
1. 1 egg
2. ¼ tsp salt
3. ½ tsp finely chopped green chilli
4. 1 tsp finely chopped onion
5. 1 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
6. ¼ tsp black pepper powder
7. 2 tsp oil + 2 tsp oil + 2 tsp oil
8. 1 pinch sugar + 1 pinch sugar
9. Bread
Method
1. Take 1 egg, salt, chopped green chilli, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves and black pepper powder in a bowl and mix well.
2. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan add 1 pinch sugar and fry bread in it till golden brown. When it cooks from one side again add oil and sugar and fry from another side.
3. Again take 2 tsp oil in same pan and add egg mixture, spread it. Dip bread in egg turn it and again dip. When egg is cooked from one side turn its side, press with spoon and cook it.
4. Now bread omelet is ready, take out in a plate, fold its side and serve it.
