1. Breads: 4 nos.
2. Oil for frying
3. Mustard OIl : 1 tsp
4. Onion : 1 , ginger : 1 inch . Green chili : 1
5. Potato : 2 nos.
6. Salt , Garam Masala. red chilli powder
7. Chat masala , lemon (optional )
follow the process shown in the video & enjoy !
Pav Bhaji
1. Veggies : onion , capsicum,tomato , potato , carrot , cauliflower ( other seasonal)
2. Turmeric & Salt + water ; for pressure cooking
3. Tadka : onion , ginger garlic, tomato , degi mirch , pav bhaji masala
4. Cottage cheese (optional )
5. butter (must )
—-Cheese chilli toast—-
1. Flavoured butter ( garlic , chilli, salt , pepper , pizza seasoning )
2. Breads
3. Capsicum
4. cheese
