~ Very Simple, quick and easy breakfast recipes with egg and bread.
~One of the healthy breakfast ideas. You can also add some vegetable to the omelette if you prefer.
Required Ingredients :
3 large eggs
2 tbsp chopped onions
2 tbsp chopped tomaotes
1 tsp chopped green chillies
salt to taste
a pinch of turmeric powder
a pinch of garam masala
a pinch of pepper
1-2 tsp oil or butter
2 slices bread – cut the edges
Method To Prepare :
~Mix all the ingredients from egg to pepper powder in a mixing bowl.
~Beat well until the mixture gets combined.
~ Grease a grill pan with oil/butter.
~Pour in the masala mixture into the pan
~Place 2 slices of bread over it.
~Flip the omelette
~Place a cheese slice over the bread.
~Fold the omelette
~Let it cook for few more seconds
~Cut into two and then serve hot
Note : cook in medium heat
