[Music][Music]everything[Music][Applause][Music]hello YouTube friends this is a piece ofgarnet and I’m gonna make some yeastbread and what we started out went is weneed 1 tablespoon of active dry yeastand I’m going to pour it in 2 cups ofwater and need 1/4 cup of sugar and I amgonna stir this and let it do its workand we’re going to need 3 cups of flourand a teaspoon and a half of salt okayy’all you see the bubbles and the risein the yeast when that happensthen you’re gonna add your butterand we’re gonna take the salt and I liketo add it to my flourthen you you’re going to add your flourand slowly[Music]you can scrape your pan on the sides getthe flour off the side of the walls andyou’re just going to keep adding flouruntil it stopped being up it’s stickingup against the walls and it is allforming into a ball simply are realsimpleand this is three cups of flour yeahsometimes depending on your measurementsyou might need more you might need lessthat’s why I say put it in slowly sothat you won’t have to worry abouthaving too muchthat’s my cameraman yeah I don’t knowwhat he’s doing over herespeeding it up yeah so you can start forme[Music]okay y’all see what is doing is leavingthe walls of the ball now they’re justleaving the walls I’m gonna go ahead onand take it outand we’re gonna need it on the counterokay all right 3y – all right job I’mgonna put some olive oil in the bottomon my bowl and roll it around and here’smy bread though and what we’re gonna dois just we all just pull it back pull itback until it stops sticking from yourfingers and then we’re going to put itin this bowl and cover it up and let itrise and it’s probably going to takeabout an hour and an hour and a halfwe’ll probably bring it to double thatsize and it made triple in size butwe’re gonna throw it in here thenget it all in there like so then we’regonna cover it up with a nice cleancloth and we’re gonna let it sit y’alland that’s that night while I’m doingthis so I’m gonna see y’all back ups inthe morning okay yeah yeah see what thisdid it this is my rise y’all look at itain’t it beautiful it rolls really wellit’s so what I’m gonna do is I’m gonnaroll it out on this roll it out overhere y’all let y’all see me roll it upand then with it right with it rightwith it right here all you got to do isI’m gonna grease this pan my grease thispit and I’m gonna make a loaf I’m gonnamake a loaf with it I was going to makesome rolls but somehow I want to see aloaf then so I’m gonna grease this panwith some olive oil yeah you hope I’mhope I’m doing this good for ya wipesome of this grease outand yeah I haven’t even cut my oven onbecause I really don’t even want to cookit tonight but I guess I better you’regonna cook it on 375 yard start it outand you’re going to take your pan[Music]and just just go underneath it with itand this is the way I do it just lay itin there then you’re gonna let it do itssecond rise it’s not going to take longy’all the first rise it took about anhour and this rise is going to takeabout an hour – and then we’re gonnabake it on 375 we’re gonna cover it upagain and put it I put it I keep mine inthe others because he don’t get nobetter that way oh god I can’t put it inthe lemon this time though just gonnacover it up and sit it on the stove andwe’ll come back when it’s time to put itin the oven yah alright y’all we finnaget this in the oven it’s rose so we’regonna put this in the oven for about Iguess about 35 or 45 minutes and we’llsee after that[Music]you
