Making FLOUR and BREAD with CURLY DOCK – Wild Food, Colorado

RECIPE:

1/8 Cup of Curly Dock Flour (Foraged)
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
1 Whisked Egg (WELL Whisked)

OPTIONAL: For Taste and Preference…Other Ingredients may taste
good with this too!

Nutmeg
Cinammon – Used – 1/2 Teaspoon
Allspice – Used – 1/2 Teaspoon
Vannilla Extract – Used – Two Drops
