My mom and I made these delicious keto bread recipe and we’re making it for you too. These keto rolls are a game changer!! They are the best keto bread that we’ve tried this far and has a similar taste to whole wheat bread…without the wheat gluten! If you are having troubles with constipation, make these rolls to help keep you regular.
I can think of a dozen ways to make them such as garlic rolls, breakfast sandwiches, deli sandwiches, hamburger buns and maybe bagels/donuts (stay tuned). Slice in half and grill them with butter to make a breakfast sandwich!

Recipe:
2.5 cups blanched almond flour (fine)
10 TBS psyllium husk powder
2 tsp pink sea salt
2 TBS Swerve
4 tsp baking powder
5 drops liquid stevia
1 cup egg whites
4 TBS apple cider vinegar
2 cups hot water
Makes 12 rolls 90 grams (before cooking) each. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 mins. Let cool completely before slicing.
