Keto Garlic Bread




This Keto Garlic Bread is quick, easy and simply delicious! Made with wholesome ingredients, like almond flour, this recipe is your keto dream come true!

Ingredients
For the Bread
2 1/2 cup Almond flour
2/3 cup Melted butter
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 1/2 cup Egg whites
1 teaspoon Salt

For the topping
1/2 Cup Melted butter
2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried Parsley

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F and spray a 13 X 9 sheet pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Now add in the butter and egg whites. Stir well.
Pour the batter into the sheet pan and bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Cut into 12 equal rectangles and place on a larger sheet pan or cookie sheet.
Pre-heat the broiler to HI.
Prepare the topping by mixing the butter, garlic powder, and the parsley. Use a basting brush or spoon to spread the topping onto the bread.
Place in the center of the oven under hi-broil and broil for a few minutes to crisp up the bread. Serve.

Notes
The use of egg whites in this recipe really lessens the eggy taste that comes with most keto bread recipes.
If you do not have a 13 x 9 sheet pan, a 13 x 9 baking dish could be used.
I used the oven broiler to get these crispy all at once. If you would like to only crisp up a few at a time, you could use a toaster oven.
These will need to be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. You could store them before toasting or after toasting. To serve as leftovers, they would need to be toasted again.
Freezing: Flash freeze these on a flat sheet pan for 1 hour (before toasting but after applying the garlic butter). Place in a freezer bag or airtight container. When ready to eat, remove from the freezer and let thaw. Place in toaster to toast or under the broiler.

I’m going to show youhow I take my 90 second bread recipeand I increase it and we’re going to makeKeto garlic bread.So let’s get started.So like I said, I’m taking the,I want to say, the ratios
of my Keto 90 second bread,and I’m going to turn
that into garlic bread.So you could make an individual servingof the 90 second bread and you could puta little garlic powder on it,put a little butter on it,
that’s after you cook itin the microwave, and
toast it on a skillet.But if you want to make enough
for your family for dinner,this is the recipe for you.So we’re starting out
with some almond flourand I like to use egg
whites for this recipebecause it makes it less egg-y tasting.You can do that with the 90
second bread recipe as well,just use an egg white.This is a cup and half of egg whites.So I just buy the already pasteurizedcarton of egg whites in the grocery store.This is some melted butter.And we need baking powder.Mix that all up.I’m also going to add
a little bit of salt.And that is all there is
to the base of this recipe.This is going to make our bread.We’re going to bake this
in a 350 degree ovenand it’s going to take about 15 minutes.I’ve got this 13 by 9 sheet panthat I’ve already sprayed
with cooking spray.Okay this is ready for
our sprayed baking tray,sheet tray, or whatever
you want to call it.We’re going to make sure
this is all an even layer.Okay this is ready for the oven.Okay here’s our bread out of the oven.We did 15 minutes at 350 degrees.And now, we’re going to cut
it into 12 equal slices.Or try to.Okay now we’re going to pull them out,and they’re prefect.Look it, that’s going to be
a nice piece of garlic bread.So we’re going to pull these outand put ’em on the sheet tray.We’re going to put our
garlic butter on them,and then we’re going to put themunder the broiler to crisp up.Okay for our garlic
butter, I’ve got butter,melted butter here.I’m going to put some garlic powderin the garlic butter.I’ve also got some dried parsley.And now we’re going to mix it up.Now it’s ready for the
tops of our garlic bread.This is so garlic-y, so delicious.Okay we’re going to broil these for,I don’t know, until
they’re brown and crispy.And after just a few
minutes under the broiler,they look amazing.And I’m not going to
touch or eat one right nowbecause they’re super hot.But they’ve got a nice crispy crust on topand they are going to be
perfect for any Italianrecipe that you’ve got cooking for dinner.This is the easiest garlic bread.You should definitely make it.If you want the recipe, just
