[Music]okay guys so today we’re gonna be makinghim basher this is the amount of wateryou need it’s only two cups of water onthere I’m gonna go ahead put some yeastthis is from Safeway you can get it offWhole Foods and I’m still anywhere Ididn’t have a measuring cup so I justwent for it you guys so after you putthe yeast you’re gonna go ahead and getyour teaspoon and you’re gonna put onespoon of salt okay and then I’m gonnaput three scoops of sugar but with thesugar you can put as much as you like wedidn’t put too much sugar well I didn’tput too much sugar because like some ofmy family members don’t eat sugar so wedidn’t want it to be too sweet buthonestly like three spoons was just theperfect amount because it was perfectlysweet so this is what it will look likeand then I’m gonna take my baking sodawhich is from Trader Joe’s and I’m gonnaput three spoons okay three spoons ofthe baking soda so then you go ahead andget your baking powder which is alsofrom Trader Joe’s and I’m gonna putthree spoons of that as well and as youcan see it’s already starting to worklike it’s already forming up it’sstarting to rise which means you’redoing the right thing it’s going greatif you’ve seen it do what it’s doingright now that means it’s doing well sothen I’m gonna go ahead and put thevanilla flavor which is also from TraderJoe’s I didn’t measure it my mom justput what she thought was enough sohonestly it just depends how like howmuch you like in it you you don’t haveto be specific the flour I’m using isthe all-purpose flour from Trader Joe’sI got two bags of the flowers so I putone whole bag and I put half of thesecond bag and I was able to makeforehand bashes so if you only wantmaybe two humbuckers you can just usethe one bag you can make two big handbrushes with the one bagso I’m mixing it and I I had initiallylike two cups of water by added I addeda third one as I was mixing it and thenit got a little like too sticky so I wasadding flour just to make it thick andfluffyyou have to keep mixing it until it getsto the point where everything is likeentwined it’s mixed and it’s gonnayou’re gonna know it’s gonna feel softand fluffy if it was if it get into softit can just add flour so this is onewhat it should look like when it’s doneI put a little bit of oil 1 spoon ofolive oil so that it helps it not stickto that plate and then when it’s readyyou’re gonna know because it’s going torise so I covered it up and then 45minutes later this is what it lookedlike it had risen I got my plate and Iput a little bit of olive oil on theplate so that like it doesn’t stick tothe plate I’m gonna go ahead and put iteverywhere I don’t mind my plate youguys displayed it’s old it’s made manymany many in batches okay so I’m justmixing the oil putting it all over atthe plate so that it’s ready and thenyou want to grab like a little amountthis is going to be one hand Basha Ijust cut it like I just cut a sectionand I’m getting it ready you do thislike in this motion so that when you putit on the plate it’s easier to stretchand it’s going to be flat so I’m juststretching it out pushing it apart thistakes like it takes at least 15 minutesfor me anyway for each hand Basha tostretch it out to get it to fill theplate you just have to keep pushing upand then like kind of stretching it inthe middle so this is what it shouldlook like after you stretched it out I’mjust trying to even out the like thecrust area because the crust area isusually a little thick which is how itshould be so you perfect it basicallyany way you like this is how it’straditionally doneyou see everyone walking in and out okayso after you do this you’re gonna wantto start designing it and you can do anydesigns you want but I’m gonna show youlike the traditional designs okay so thefirst thing you do is you line aroundthe circle like you draw an outline likeanother circle and then what you’regonna do is you’re gonna draw a straightline in the middle okay and then anotherstraight line to the other side likeyou’re gonna draw straight and thendiagonally so you’re gonna draw onestraight line and then you’re gonna turnit around and you’re basically gonna doa cross okay after you do the crossyou’re gonna do another cross in anothercause the way you do this is it’s like apiece that you guys so that everyonegets a big slice so that when it’scooked it’s ready and then in the middleof the slices you can do any kind ofdrawings any kind of styles you like youcan do happy birthdays you can writesomeone’s name honestly anything youlike I just did basic designs littlelike lines and squiggles that’sbasically what I did because when itbakes it looks really really nicemy mom is here to watch me she wassaying oh it’s gonna be a tiny embosserso what you want to do don’t mind themess you guys we’ve been cooking all dayso what you want to do is put the plateupside down and then put your finger sothat it starts to slide because you putthe olive oil under it’s going to slideoff really easily so you don’t have todo a lot of work and then once it’s onthere you go ahead and just close thelid when you’re flipping it you want tobe really be care really careful becauseyou don’t want it to break in half somake sure you have like support under soonce you flip it it should look likethis and look how great it looks so thearea that was like designed look howgood it looks so cute I’m actually soproud so once you flip it just go aheadclose the lid again and let it cookmaybe for another seven minutes and thenwhen you yeah and when you open the lid[Applause]make sure to LIKE comment and subscribeand I’ll see you guys in the next videokisses bye and let me know if you guysmixed I’m from Russia
