How to Make Tahinopita: Greek Cypriot tahini bread swirls

A quick 1 minute technique video on how to make Tahinopita. The full recipe is in my book Taverna, but here is the ingredients list if you want to have a go:

– 200g dark tahini (regular is fine too)
– 3 tablespoons carob syrup (optional)
– 125g caster sugar
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– fine sea salt
– 350g bread flour, plus extra for dusting
– 1⁄4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
– 1⁄2 × 7g a sachet yeast
– 4 tablespoons honey
