hey friends I was requested to show howI make my sugar-free banana bread sothese are all the ingredients that I setout and I also like to use my KitchenAidmixer to make it super easy I’m notfancyI don’t mix certain things at certaintimes I mix it all at the same time tojust make it easy so you’re gonna wantflour of course and I do one-thirdfourths cup of whole wheat flour to justmake it healthier 1/3 cup of coconut oiland this is 1/4 cup of honey or youcould do maple syrup you can add extraif you’d like it sweeter but I just likeit a little less sweet and then I do 1/4cup of milk and two bananas and I alsodo 1 teaspoon of baking soda and oneteaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/2teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon ofcinnamon and because that one’s toosmall I’ll just do 2 scoops of that oneand I also use that cinnamon to sprinkleon top as well afterwards so you want topreheat the oven to 325 degrees and thenI bake it for about 30 or 35 minutes andof course I like to put nuts on top if Ihave any right now I don’t have any butI usually like to put just a little biton top and you can even mix them intogether to get some of those healthyfats in your diet and I almost forgotyou need two eggs andnow I am gonna mix it all together likeI said I just pour everything in I don’tdo it in a particular order and that’sit and then after I get that going I’mjust gonna pour it in a pan oh I justmade a mess but I’m gonna pour it in apan that I’m going to lather and butterjust to make it even tastier if you wantyou can lather the the pan in coconutoil but I like to use butter and thenjust sprinkle some more cinnamon on topand that’s it hope you enjoy
