INGREDIENTS
4 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup 3.25% milk
2 eggs
200 g soft butter

PREPARATION

– travailler la pâte avec les mains ou le mixeur
– si la pâte est molle, ajouter un peu de farine
– et laisser reposer 1 h
-verser la farine sur la surface de travail
– continuer à travailler la pâte sur la surface de travail
– diviser la pâte en plusieurs petites portions et donner une forme ronde à la pâte
laisser reposer la pâte encore 30 min
beurrer le fond de votre plaque
préchauffer le four à 350 degré
– battez un oeuf et badigeonnez votre pâte pour que lors de cuisson cela devienne doré
– lorsque vous mettez la pâte au four, vous baissez la température à 280 degré
– temps de cuisson 35 min ” ajustez le temps au besoin selon le degré d chaleur de votre four
retourner le gâteau à mi-cuisson
Servir chaud ou froid
TIPS: Ce pain se conserve 3 jours à la température de la pièce ou vous pouvez le congeler dans un sac de congélation et garder plusieurs semaines.
