Pillsbury Biscuit can
Sugar, Brown Sugar
Cinnamon
Butter
Optional: Cream & Milk, Vanilla Ice Cream

it was good everyone welcome back it’s aboy a Wes and guess what today we boughttwo chef’s it up and make a dessertcalled monkey breadit’s simple ingredients some Pillsburybiscuits or croissants brown sugar whitesugar cinnamon and butter and inaddition I like to serve this dessertwith like vanilla ice cream so that’ssomething you have to go with thedessert and so basically what you’regonna do I think about a cup a whitesugar and you go take like a half a cupof brown sugar and some find like atablespoon of cinnamon you’re gonna mixall of that together you’re gonna breakone of these open and you just want totake like just a little a little bityou’re gonna roll it into a ball you’regonna mix it up in the little mixturehere and you’re gonna dump it in the panI got the pan like oiled up with somebutter you’re just pretty much gonnafill up the pin I’ll tell you about likehalfway filled up and then we’re gonnapop these bad boys in the oven for aboutlike 30 to 40 minutes on like 350all right role solving your sugarmixture and then if it’s a small familyif you’re doing like I say probably likefour to six people you only need two ofthese cans or whatever they call justtwo of these bad girls and then againjust rip them up and then you just gonnabottle them up I’m doing this for like afamily family probably about thirtypeople so I bought like eight but I’mnot even sure it’s gonna be enough butwe’ll find out later so just again rollthem up in the mixture put them in thepan just like so all right that’s prettymuch it once you’re done you’re gonnahave a full pan just like this and we’regonna move on to step two all right withthat leftover sugar mixture along withbuttermilk and half-and-half we’re gonnabuild our sauce so in a pot on low heatyou’re gonna dump your butter in you’regonna mix down that butter nice and slowthat way the butter doesn’t separate soyou’re just gonna stir occasionallynow we gonna dump in our sugar make sureif it doesn’t look like you had thatmuch left feel free to add more brownsugar or white sugar and again you justwanna keep it on medium to low heat andyou’re just gonna stir it untileverything makes it down once you haveall that butter melted down pretty muchyour sauce is done right there but mepersonally I like to make my saucecreamy so I’m gonna add a little bit ofcream and some milk to thin it out sowe’ll go with 3/4 of a cup of cream Iwill do about a quarter cup of milk onceyour cream and milk mixture is mixed inyou’re gonna bring up your sauce to alow simmer and let that go for aboutthree to five minutes just to thicken upthe mixture slightly and you’re gonnatake this make sure you’re gonna pour itright over your monkey bread like so atthat time you should have your preheatedoven up to about 375 and you’re gonnapop it in for about thirty to an hourgive or take you’re just gonna you knowcheck on it occasionally and then onceyou know get it browned up like that andeverything’s cooked it’s gonna come outlooking just like this right here anddon’t forget that vanilla ice creamI’ll tell you like this is mandatory[Applause][Music]thanks for watching the video yeah sodon’t forget to subscribe like andcomment and i’ma catch you on the nextone
