How to make low carb bread in 3 minutes



Take 50 grams of coconut and chop it in a coffee grinder, add 2 tablespoons of baking powder, 120 grams of almond flour, 4 tablespoons of rye bran, 2 tablespoons of dried basil, 2 tablespoons of psyllium, if not, add any bran and mix well.
Next, we will separate 8 eggs separately, add 30 grams of butter, 100 grams of feta cheese and thoroughly beat, combine both masses, mix well and leave for 10 minutes to swell. We see that our dough has become thicker, shift it into a silicone mold, level it, and grease 1 tablespoon of cream on top, we get a wonderful crust, for this we use a silicone brush (very convenient).
Today we are preparing rye bread, too, so we put them in the oven together so as not to include it again.
For new bread, we need to preheat the oven to 190 degrees and put there for 50 minutes.
