Recipe:

2 1/2 cups of Almond Flour
1 Tsp. of Active Yeast
2 Tsp. Himalayan Salt
2 TBLS. More a Pure Cane Sugar (4Carbs)
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Cups Of Egg Whites (4 to 5 eggs exact) or just use egg whites in carton
4 Tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Cups Of Boiling Water (Add To your liking but will not be the full 2 cups)
**Use water if dough sticks to hand while rolling the bread or just scoop out with ice cream scooper.

hey guys and welcome to my channel it’svisit wellness today I will be showingyou how to make keto bread yes he toldBritt but I want to show you theingredients that I will be using for myketo bread first ingredient is marina /cane sugar it’s no carbs and a matter offact it doesn’t have any carbseverything is zero except the sugars forbut for carbohydrates right here then Iwill be using my active active yeastoriginal then I will be using himalayasalt and baking powder here and this iswhat I use double acting baking powderand my unfiltered apple cider vinegarhere okay and I also would be usingalmond flour now I’m going to tell youhow much I will be putting in myingredientsokaymy sugar here would beexcuse me my sugar would be excuse meyou all my sugar will be two tablespoonsand my active yeast will be tentablespoons of that then my Himalayansalt will be two teaspoons and then mybaking powder will be two teaspoons alsoand then my apple cider vinegar I willbe using four teaspoons and I’m alsogoing to be using two cups of boilingwater and this is my other dryingredients which will be my almondflour two and a half cups which is I’musing red chip bread meal flour it’salmond flour and then my egg whites willbe one and a half cups okay so let’s getstartedI’m going to be putting all of my dryingredients in my mixing bowlyou’re trying to get it right for youalso you often see this is my sugarwhich is 2 tbsp then I’ll be using myactivies which is 10 tablespoons of thisthen I’m so I’m gonna be adding myHimalayan salt which is 2 teaspoons andmy baking powder which is 2 consistency is want to get better asyou mixone like oatmeal at first but let usstir around a littleand you can make as much as you wanttill you get that consistently it’s abrand day and it’s almost
