+ 300 gr bread flour.
+150 ml milk
+30 gr butter
+40 gr sugar
+4 gr instant dry yeast
+ 2 gr salt (1/2 tsp)
+ 1 medium egg
Cover the bowl, proof at room temperature untill dough is double in size. Proofing time varies between 45- 50 mins.
After proof, gently knead to push gas out
Divide the dough into two parts and proof 30 mins.
Note: Open the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes before baking.
Bake on middle rack, 180 C/355 F ( top and bottom heat) in 18- 20 mins.
