Prep Time: 5 Mins
No. Of Servings- 2 persons

Ingredients:
Bread slices – 7-8
Milk – 500 ml
Ghee or butter – 10-20 gms
Cardamom powder – 1 tablespoon
Sugar – 8-10 tablespoons
Any dry fruits for garnishing

Recipe:

Step 1: Cut the bread slices into small pieces ( I used only the corners in the video)
Step 2: Heat a pan with ghee on low flame. Roast all the bread pieced in the ghee until they turn brown. (Be careful to not over roast)
Step 3: Pour 250 ml milk and mix till all the bread pieces soften. Pour the rest of the milk and keep stirring for 1-2 mins.
Step 4: Once the bread pieces are blended well with the milk, add cardamom powder and sugar. Keep stirring till the halwa turns thick enough. (This takes 2 mins)
Step 5: Switch off the flame.
Step 6: Garnish the halwa with your choice of dry fruits.
Step 7: Serve and Tickle your taste buds
