For this recipe use the same bowl of your choice to mesure your ingredients

Ingredients:
• 1 bowl of strong bread white flour or 150g
• 1 bowl of wholemeal flour or 150g
• 1 bowl of fine semolina or 150g
• 1 ½ sachet of fast action dried yeast (here I have use ½ tsp of dried granule yeast as I didn’t have anymore sachet)
• 1 tsp of sugar for the yeast to activate rapidly if you don’t wont do add it you don’t have to
• 3 tbsp of olive oil
• 1 tsp of salt
