Why the dough didn’t rise???

I was once victimized by this “no rise dough”

My first was frustrating!
Second is a blast!

IMPORTANT NOTE: When the ingredient needs warm water it should be warm water. Use your finger to test the temperature of the water. Not hot because the yeast will die, the dough won’t rise.

Ingredients

For the dough:
80ml warm milk (luke warm will do)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dry yeast
5 cloves garlic, minced
3 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp softened butter
Pinch of salt

For the garlic butter:
1/2 stick softened butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped

Bake at 180°c for 20mins – soft bread and 25-30 mins for crispy bread.
