[Music]hello everyone and welcome back to mykitchen today’s recipe is how oh she anEgyptian street food that everyoneabsolutely loves it’s made out of mincedbeef and sometimes lime is added andstuffed into Egyptian belly D breaduntil it’s crispy as if it wasdeep-fried so here I start with groundbeef preferably with a higher fatcontent then I add minced onions andgreen bell pepper here I used about 5pounds of beef 3 medium onions and 3bell peppers then I seasoned with saltblack pepper and 7 spices then thesecret ingredient is the chili garlicsauce if you can’t get your hands on itto substitute with 2 finely mincedcloves of garlic and chili pepper orcayenne pepper for some heat then I’llmix all that very wellto get it ready to be stuffed into thebread traditionally Egyptian baladibread is used but since it’s notavailable in the area I use pita breadopen the bread halfway then stuff itmake sure not to over stuff or else thebread will get burned and the meat won’tget fully cooked make sure to press onthe bread to ensure even layer of meatand even cooking if you’re interested inknowing how to make a traditionalEgyptian bread I’ll leave the link forthe recipe in the description box thereare several ways to cook the house butmy favorite is grilled on the outdoorgrill or in a pan[Music][Music]here I added a tablespoon of butter inthe pan and I put the hell she on oneside till it starts to take some colorI’ll leave it for about 1 minute thenI’ll flip it on the other side for oneadditional minuteor until it takes on color then I’llflip it again one more time this timeI’ll cover it to trap the some heat toensure the meat is fully cooked then onemore flip for 30 seconds and you’re donethe other way is on the grill just makesure to brush it with some butter beforeit hits the grill if you enjoyed thisvideo please don’t forget to share itand subscribe burn Appetitor as we say in Egypt so how are you
