This bread recipe is very easy simple yet so soft and no need oven. It is an eggless bread recipe.
Here are the ingredients of this bread in a pan
2 cups flour
½ tbsp instant dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
¾ cup warm water
egg wash for the top brushing
( in the video i used only eggwhite )
sesame seeds
eggwash (1 egg + 1 tbsp water )
knead the dough maximum upto 10mins until the dough become smooth and elastic.
Let is rise for 30mins.
Knead again and form it inside the pan
let it rest for another 30mins.
then brush the top with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
cook in a low fire for 15-20 mins and flip cool again for another 5 mins.
