Complete Ingredients:
2 cups all- purpose flour
2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp white sugar
1 & 1/2 tbsp baking powder
3/4 cup evaporated milk (or water)
cheese and chocolates for filling
but you can also use any fillings you want like ham and cheese or hotdog and cheese,peanut butter,strawberry jam or pineapple jam.
