this is Bob we waited for

so guys today we’re going to have an
attempt to making some brown bread ice
cream on me
I’ve got my two helpers here I’m going
to do most of the work I’m just going to
supervise
because that’s what you do isn’t it so
all you need ingredients so far are some
bran bread yeah we need a X that’s it we
need 1 liter of double cream or whipping
cream and we need four hundred and 75
grams of brown sugar which we’ve got
there so let’s get started so what we’re
going to do first we need to separate
the egg whites from the egg yolk so we
need 8 egg yolk so we’re going to put
the egg yolks in this bowl I mean I put
the egg whites in here crack it in half
but you try to save your yellow thing
you got it don’t break it
by break it that’s it perfect I’m not
afraid right now we’re getting a shower
in a minute
that’s it that was the big one
gorge can we go Gary wait oh dear
let’s get a co-op and clean that up so
after you successfully separated eggs I
mean we did have a couple of little
accidents yeah we both will you both
sort of them drop themselves you
successfully separated 8 egg yolks from
egg whites into a bowl the next step is
to add our sugar so I shake in there 400
grams and lightly brown or dark brown
sugar C 380 400 now it comes to the
messy part after these two have started
eating that what we need to don’t know
what we think is what we’re gonna do
before we make a complete mess we’re
gonna slowly by hand mix the two
together and then after that not not
with you
we’re gonna use the whisk but we’re
gonna hold me again we’re not gonna push
the button on it so goes mad and then
we’re gonna push the button on it and
try to make his little mr. Spock go and
enjoy go for it carefully yeah it’s good
going in once you’ve whipped your eggs
and sugar together what you need to do
now is prepare the custard mix so what
we’re gonna do is we’re gonna get we’re
gonna move this to one side out away oh
we’re going to I know you solo liket
you’re gonna put on there and what we
need to do we need to add 1 liter cream
yes right 3 into here so that’s a
thousand grams let me open it
cause I know what happened to enjoying

oh my goodness you toxic finger not

next step is we need to make this
chutney on a low heat and then when it
starts to bubble and boil it’ll be then
what we’ve got to do is gently add the
egg mix into it and then whisk it slowly
together so that’s what we’re gonna do
now is whisky whiz

we’ve done we’ve transferred the custard
mix back into a saucepan and we’re
heating it under a low heat and
constantly stirring it and you have to
be patient with this and what it is is
just to thicken the mixture and you know
when it’s done because the mixture will
stick to the back of the spoon and once
I was transferred our custard mix back
into the glass bowl and now what we need
to do is leave this in the fridge to
cool down so now we’re going to make the
brown bread pudding to go into what we
need to do we need to weigh out 200
grams of brown bread and then we’re
going to blitz it up into bread crumb

now we’ve got bread crumbs and we’ve
weighed out 200 grams of brown sugar
so that’s 200 grams of bread crumbs 200
grams of brown shoe so we’re going to
combine the both insulin
[Music]
so what we’re going to be now is teapot
breadcrumb mix off of a straight just
spread it out ready to put any other
[Music]
so in the others for about five minutes
until they’re nice and crispy on top and
just started to Swank and then we’re
going to leave this to call and then
we’re going to combine it with the
mixture that’s in the fridge what we’re
going to do now we’re going to break it
up and put it into this bowl so we’ve
just got ice cream mix at the fridge
it’s nice and cool now we’ve got where
is it toasted brown bread crumbs as well
which it gives them out what we’re gonna
do we’re going to combine them both in
this pot so we’re going to start by
pouring our ice cream mix in there then
we’re gonna pour some of the bread
crumbs mix it slowly and then we can
transfer it into freezer pots two three
[Music]
and these two are just licking the
leftovers out the song spin is that’s
the best bit isn’t it take the licking
the spoon so there’s our brown bread ice
cream in the pots and now it’s up to the
freezer to be frozen and then we’ll show
you ways like when it’s out and here’s
the end result and it’s really nice it’s
brown bread ice cream and these two well
three of us really love it so if you
want to forget making some just follow
our simple steps because it was really
easy to make and really good fun and
we’re fun doing it

so good we decided to make some straw
that ice cream as well so I love doing
