Cake Pops without Cake (No Bake / Kids Friendly recipe)

This recipe is an easy to make recipe. Can be made for kids’ Birthday parties ahead of time so that you can be tension free on the day of the Birthday party.

Ingredients:
For the pops:
1. Bread slice – 7
2. Coco powder (unsweetened) – 2 table spoon
3. Butter – 2 table spoon
4. Condensed milk – 7 table spoon (adjust as per your requirement)

For the ganache:
1. Milk chocolate – 70 gm
2. Coco powder – 1 table spoon
3. Milk – 1 table spoon
4. Butter – 1 table spoon

For the toppings:
1. Crushed almonds and hazelnuts
2. Crushed caramelized almonds

Recipe:
1. Trim the edges of the bread slices.
2. Add them to a mixer jar and grind them to a fine powder.
3. In a large bowl, add the bread crumbles, 2 table spoon butter, 2 table spoon coco powder and 5 table spoon condensed milk.
4. Mix all the ingredients together.
5. Add condensed milk if required.
6. When the bread dough is in the correct consistency to roll into balls, roll into medium sized balls and then refrigerate the bread balls for 15 minutes.
7. In the meantime, prepare the chocolate ganache. Using double boiling method.
8. Grate the chocolate.
9. Heat water in a bowl and then when the water reaches boiling point, keep another bowl on top of it.
10. Add the grated chocolate, butter, coco powder and milk.
11. Mix well until the chocolate completely melts and becomes a flowing consistency.
12. Now, dip a Popsicle stick in the ganache and insert it in the refrigerated bread pops.
13. Remove the stick, spread the ganache over the hole and insert again.
14. Do this for all the pops and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
15. After 10 minutes, dip the bread pops in the ganache and allow to drip the excess ganache and top it with the nuts. (If the ganache is too thick, melt it again using double boiling method).
16. Once done, keep the pops straight (you can use a tall glass or a thermocol or a storeyfoam.
17. Refrigerate for 15 minutes and enjoy the cake pops.
