Bread Chaat is quick and easy recipe. We can take bread chat as a breakfast . The chutneys give this chaat a mouth-watering taste. Crispy bread is topped with chopped vegetables and curd.

Ingredients
3 Slice White Bread or Brown Bread
2 tbsp Ghee/butter
1 Boiled potato
3 Chopped Onion
1 Tomato
1/2 Cup chopped coriander Leaves
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Roasted cumin seed powder
1/4 tsp Chaat masala
4 tbsp Curd
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
Sev, bundi or Bhujia
Method
1. Take 3 bread slices and cut it into small cubes and keep it aside.
2. Keep a non-stick pan on medium flame, once a pan becomes heated, add 2 tbsp ghee or butter. Once ghee or butter melted turns gas flame low and rost the bread cubes till bread cubes becomes golden and crispy.
3. Take 1 boiled potato and meshed it properly. Then add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp chat masala and add salt as per taste. Mix all ingredients properly.
4. Take plate or bowl and put all crispy bread cubes. After that, spread potato mixture over that bread cubes.
5. Add curd over the bread cubes, Add a red imli chutney and green chutney over the bread cubes.
6. Sprinkle red chili powder, chat masala, roasted cumin seed powder and salt as per taste.
7. Garnish with bundi, sev, add some coriander leaves, and add pomegranate to give beautiful look.
8. Serve this bread chaat immediately after preparation to enjoy the crispyness and peppy taste.
