Bread Pudding || Weekend Fun Easy Cooking

Ingredients
Bread – 6 piece
Egg – 1
Sugar
Milk – 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence – 4 drops

How To Bake
1. For making Caramel , boil 5 teaspoon of sugar along with 2 teaspoon of water after 5 minute you can see the sugar turns to golden brown
2. Pour the caramel into the vessel and rotate immediately so that caramel can spread evenly.

3. Mix the egg and sugar. Stir till sugar dissolves mix well with fork.
4. After sugar dissolved completely put bread scrumps and alternatively milk also.
5. Pour the bread mixture to the pudding vessel

6. Put the pudding vessel in to the closed vessel.
7. Steam cook this for 25min in medium heat.
8. Allow the pudding to cool and transfer to refrigerator (keep 2 to 3 hrs)
9. After 3 hrs you can take out and invert into a plate and cut into different shapes and serve.
so Easy delicious bread pudding is ready to serve !!!!!!
