Pratibha’s Bread Crumbs Recipe : Bread crumbs are used to give crunchy texture to cutlets, fritters, patties etc. They are also used in thickening of various soups as well as also acts as a binding agent.

Requirement:
1)Bread slices
Method :
1) Toast Bread slices at low flame until it becomes dry and crunchy.
2) Allow it to cool properly and make it into small rough pieces by hand.
3) Put toasted bread pieces in a grinding jar.
4) Grind to make it powder.
5) Bread crumb is ready.
Storage:
It can be stored in refrigerator for nearly 1 month.
I do not suggest storing it for more than 1 month as you can always make it in fresh batches.
