3 Large Yellow Potatoes
2 Tbsp Ground Cumin
1 Tbsp Garam Masala
2 Tbsp Ground Coriander
1 Tbsp Red Chili Powder or Jafna Curry Powder
2 Tbsp Dry Fenugreek
1 stick cinnamon
10 – 15 cloves
Salt to Taste
1 ½ Tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 Large Red Onion
3-4 heaping Tbsp of yogurt
1 large tomato without skin
Garlic Bocconcini Bread
Any loaf of bread
Bocconcini cheese
8-10 garlic buds sliced
3-4 tbsp Olive Oil
3-4 tbsp Salted Butter (if using unsalted then put some salt in the mixture)
