Banana Bread recipe|Lets Bake| Beginner friendly

Our morning staple for our family is a Banana Bread. It always turns out super moist and my kids love having something sweet in the morning but fills them up. Add some eggs and fruit and you really have an amazing breakfast. This also really good as a snack or dessert. You can modify this with adding chocolate chips if you choose but I honestly thinks it is amazing as is.

Recipe as follows:

(All ingredients should be room tempt.)
3 large extra ripe bananas (1½ cups mashed)

(I used Manzano Bananas feel free to use regular bananas)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup white sugar
½-3/4 cup brown sugar (I used ½ cup)
8 tablespoons butter, softened ( 1 stick)
2 eggs, beaten
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
½ cup buttermilk

a point to prove
I’ve already sacrifice hello cake and
bakers so we are gonna make this video
nice and simple we’re gonna be doing a
banana bread recipe the recipe for this
will be in the description box below all
of the ingredients that I’m using are on
the table today so the first thing I did
for this is I ended up using a different
type of banana I will put that in the
description box so it was a little
harder to mash so what I use is a hand
food processor so I just kind of like
push to pulled it until basically all of
my Benny and I was matched up enough and
as you can see I’m just taking it out of
the little blender thing this didn’t
make it a little easier because again
the type of banana that I used was just
harder to mash it was a little there’s a
lot firmer and these were brown bananas
now I am gonna separate my wet and dry
ingredients so I’m using One Bowl for
all of my wet ingredients and one Apple
for all of my dry ingredients
I’m I hate you love you still ok so the
first thing after mashing banana is I
put the lemon juice and actually just
mix that up alright so once that is
mixed both for the brown sugar and the
white sugar inside of a separate bowl so
I’m just mixing the butter into the
nothing fancy just using the list kind
of mix it and you don’t have to use a
whisk you can use like a fork or
something like that it’s just a little
easier but I try to have everything that
I used in this video to be room
temperature it does help in it
especially when it comes to baking with
every beat everything being the same
temperature alright so the next thing I
added was the egg again these are
room-temperature eggs I just used two
lists to mix that up together before I
mix it in together what I just did is
kind of scramble the eggs a little bit
just to kind of will whip them a little
bit just so they’re not separated when I
mixed it together to me that just makes
me more feel more comfortable because I
don’t want it to have an eggy taste
because it wasn’t mixed enough so I
always before adding my wet and dry
ingredients together I just make sure it
looks good
so this is um with everything mixed
together what it looks like and I just
added the vanilla extract to it and I
just mix it up
now this is the mixing together just the
banana and the lemon juice then I’m
going to mix in the bat mixture with the
butter and the sugar in that egg so I’m
just mixing that together again I try to
mix all of my what ingredients together
well because once you put the dry
ingredients you only want to mix it
enough so everything is combined you
don’t want to over mix it because it
ends up making the bread really tough
not as fluffy so again I’m just mixing
it up as much as I can at this point
because once I put that flour in it I am
NOT going to mix it anymore until a once
everything is incorporated I’m just
going to stop at that point okay so this
is the last step before I add the flour
I’m just adding in my buttermilk that I
made I’m gonna probably post a recipe
it’s super is easy if you don’t buy any
um cuz I usually don’t have it on the
end to just make it a little bit prior
to and just let it sit out and I just
incorporate it in there and then I just
added the flour
again I’m gonna put the recipe in the
description box below but I believe for
this recipe I need a baking soda and
baking flour and also salt is in that
flour mixture so I just put everything
in a bowl mixed it up a little bit and
so when I put in this bowl and mix
everything was incorporated and it all
makes anymore great everything is well
mixed what i did is i greased my pan
with butter and then i kind of put a
little bit of flour in it shoot it all
around so all the sides record it with
the flour this helped a lot with making
sure that everything all the batter that
I put in didn’t stick to the pan as I
baked when I took it out and I let it
cool this was perfect like I came out
with no issues whatsoever I really
should just using this method when you
are baking just add the butter or any
type of oil that you use to bake and
then coat that with flour simple as that
that is put the batter in there smooth
it a little bit and then I baked it so
this is what it looks like after baking
and I slice the piece it was so amazing
I me and the kids use this for breakfast
even though there’s a little snack but
they love banana bread like it’s so good
guys I actually loved the Betty and as I
used in this recipe this is my first
