Baking pandesal (bread rolls) using plain…

Ingredients.
3/4 tsp of dried yeast +1/2 tsp of sugar
100ml of warm milk
1 -1/4cup of all purpose flour
+1/2 cup added for masa😀
1/4 tsp of salt
2 tablespoon white sugar
1 egg yolks
3 tablespoon cooking oil
3 tablespoon of bread crumbs

methods
1.warm the milk add the yeast and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar for 5-7 minutes
2. In the bowl mix the 1 cup of flour ,sugar,salt.
3. mix the yeast into the bowl add eggyolk ,oil.
4.mix all together
dough for 7mins add the 1/2 cup of flour constantly hanngang d na basa ang dough mo.
5. put in the bowl cover for 2 hrs.
6.After 2 hrs take the dough masa ulit for 2 mins.then return to the bowl cover for 10 mins.
7. After 10 minutes take the dough and divide into 6 ball.
8.Ilagay sa baking tray cover and leave it for 1-1/2hr
9. Bake for 15-16 mins 150degrees fan oven
