3-4 brown Bread Slices cut diagonally into 2 triangles each
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1-1.5 tsp oil
2 serving spoonfuls of curd
3/4th Cup Besan (Bengal Gram Flour
1/2 tsp Kalongi (onion Seeds)
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp Amchor (dried mango powder) or Chaat masala
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
Salt to taste
Mix all dry ingredients together, add 1 tsp oil, ginger garlic paste and curd. Mix, and add a little water to make thick dosa batter like consistency.
Preheat oven for 10 mins at 200°C. If using air fryer, preheat for 5 mins.
Meanwhile, place a parchment paper on baking tray, pour 2-3 drops of oil on it and spread it with help of a brush. Or, you can grease the tray directly. If using air fryer, grease the basket.
Coat bread slices with the batter and place them on the greased surface. Spray some oil on top.
Place the tray in middle portion of the oven and bake for 12-15 mins, checking in between.
If using air fryer, you need to air fry for 8 mins only. Plate out, and serve hot with your choice of sauces/ Chutney.
