Baked Banana Bread Recipe – Filipino Food

Hello po Kabayan! Welcome back to another Filipino cooking video where we are going to learn how to cook this delicious and very easy yet affordable dessert recipe – Moist Banana Bread Recipe. We are going to use the oven to bake this simple banana bread that is so moist and so tasty.

Here are the ingredients on how to make Baked Banana Bread:

3 overriped bananas
1½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 large whole egg
⅓ cup butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt

Heto po ang mga paraan kung Paano magluto o magbake ng Baked Banana Bread:

1. Peel overripe bananas then place them in a bowl. Mash overripe bananas.
2. Add melted butter, vanilla extract, and sugar. Mix well using a hand mixer.
3. Add salt, baking soda, baking powder, all-purpose flour, then add the egg. Mix well.
4. In a lightly buttered bread pan, pour banana mixture.
5. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the bread pan inside the oven and cook for 1 hour.
6. Remove banana bread from heat and let it cool before removing from pan.
7. Slice banana bread into desired bread thickness using a bread knife.
8. Serve with butter or margarine. Enjoy this Baked banana bread as a healthy snack for merienda or dessert.
